To work on your Elbow Range of Motion, start with your palm facing up in front of you.

Gently bring your palm toward your shoulder, bending your elbow as far as you can. Hold for five seconds.

Straighten your elbow out as far as you can. Hold for five seconds.

Repeat the entire sequence. Do three sets of 10.
