Strengthening Exercises

Spending 10 to 20 minutes a day on back-strengthening exercises can help reduce the risk of future back pain. It’s typically recommended that strengthening exercises be performed in this order:

  • Knee Lift
  • Bridge
  • Arm Reach
  • Leg Reach
  • Opposite Arm/Leg Reach
  • Wall Slides
  • Partial Sit-ups
  • Side Plank
